i know that when we make food for ourselves, or order something from a restaurant when we are by ourselves, we stick to our plan of eating light and healthy, however, that may change when we are around a group of our friends. We may fear that they may make fun of us for eating healthy, so we order something not off the "healthy" section of the menu, just to escape judgment. Does this happen to you?

Khloe Kardashian Released From Jail After 173 Minutes!

Khloe Kardashian was released from Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood County, CA at 1:29 p.m. Friday – just 173 minutes after entering the jail, the L.A. Sheriff’s Department announced on their site.

She turned herself into L.A. Sheriff’s Department custody Friday morning for violating probation following a 2007 DUI arrest and was booked at 8:52 a.m.

Khloe, 23, entered the jail at 10:25 a.m.

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie were also held at that jail; Richie for just 82 minutes.

Khloe partied with sister Kim and brother Robert Jr. at Matt Leinart’s Celebrity Bowling Night at Lucky Strike Lanes in Hollywood Thursday night.

“She’s not nervous now, but I think she will be tomorrow,” Kim told Jimmy Kimmel on Thursday.

“She definitely has to live up to what she’s done and take responsibility, and she’s willing to do that. I think she just wants it over with,” she added. “Khloe is the tough one.”

She’s “ready and willing” to head to jail, Kim wrote on her blog Tuesday.

Khloe will also have to enroll in an alcohol treatment program - one of the terms of probation she failed to complete - within three weeks of her release.

Kim wrote on her blog: “I urge people to learn from the mistakes of others. Please drink responsibly, and it’s never acceptable to drink and drive!”

Jennifer Garner and husband Ben Affleck are expecting another baby, Garner’s former Alias co-star Victor Garber confirms to Usmagazine.com

“Yes, she is,” Garber - who officiated the couple’s 2005 wedding - told Us when asked if recent speculation was true that the couple is expecting.

A source adds, “She is five months pregnant. They are very happy.”

Garner, 36, and Affleck, 35, are parents to two-year-old daughter Violet - one of Us’ Babies of the Year.

“Honestly, that child is so inquisitive and so full of life - it’s all Jennifer and Ben!” Garber gushed to Usmagazine.com in November 2007. “I have to say, he’s an amazing dad and together, she’s a very fortunate little girl to be in that family!”

Garner hinted in October that she wanted to have another child.

“We definitely wonder what it would be like to have another - hopefully, knock on wood, someday,” Garner told Britain’s Marie Claire. “My job is great to have as a mom. I get to take breaks and then work in a really concentrated way. During that concentrated time, it sucks, but whatever.”

Photos of Garner in loose fitting tops have had Web sites speculating about a bun in the oven for weeks.

Reps only confirmed Garner’s first pregnancy after she and Affleck tied the knot on the Turks and Caicos on June 29, 2005.

When it comes to Violet, Garner has revealed she’s a total daddy’s girl.

“You know how as a kid you picture yourself with a tall, handsome husband, and you imagine him cuddling your baby?” Ben is like that, like, on crack,” she told the May 2007 issue of In Style. “Violet prefers him to anyone. He’s a teddy bear of a guy. Nothing makes me happier than to see the two of them together and her little hands on his face. He has a prevailing calm. Of course, he has the benefit of sleep.”

Affleck recently opened up to Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush about his happy family life.

“Things couldn’t be better. We’re kind of taking it easy and just kind of enjoying a little downtime at home,” Affleck said.

Have fans OD’d on LC? After only six months, Lauren Conrad’s clothing line has been dropped from the West Hollywood hot spot Kitson.

“Sales were lackluster,” Kitson store owner Fraser Ross announced Wednesday. “Initially it was great.”

Ross claims the 22-year-old Hills’ star failed to make any personal appearances to promote the line, which included simple yet pricey cotton dresses and tanks retailing for as much as $165.

“They need to realize it’s no different than selling your album, your TV shows, your movies,” he said. “You have to keep promoting it.”

Conrad’s nemesis Heidi Montag seems to be faring better in the fashion biz. As of now, her fall line Heidiwood is still set to debut at Kitson and Anchor Blue.

FitCeleb and 'The Hills' star Lauren "Lo" Bosworth recently sat down to chat with E! about her Us Weekly centerfold which is out this week and diet and exercise. Read on for the interview:

Which celebrity has the best and worst beach body? Lo wasn't afraid to show her stuff in Us Magazine.

"Oh I was so nervous."

That's gotta be a little intimidating right?

"It was very intimidating actually because I've started exercising the past few months, but I'm not really where I want to be yet, so to have to do this photo shoot before I was completely comfortable was nerve wracking."

Let me ask you this, where were you and where do you want to get to?

"Well, what do you mean where was I? I was FAT!"

I think it's relatable to how many women? There are a lot of young women who watch your show that pay attention to those kinds of things.

"The thing is the girls on the show are sooo thin. And it's not a competition to be as thin as them, but I think in this industry, everybody has a sense of what the ideal body is and body image. I mean health-wise, it's important to eat healthy and exercise, but you know, it's about being comfortable in your own skin too. And for me, in high school I was an athlete, I ran cross country, I danced. And when I got to college, it was just about drinking beer and having fun. You don't want to go to the gym, you want to go shopping and hang out with your friends. So it was a period of very little exercise and eating crap food for me and it got to the point where I realized, if I just continue down this road, I'm going to be fat forever. And I do not want to be fat forever."

So you, Audrina, and LC just have each other's backs with eating right and trying to stay fit?

"Kind of. I mean, we all are just trying to eat really healthy, and its summer time too. It just makes you feel better to have food in your body that isn't bad for you."

Did you know that you were gonna have this centerfold situation?

"I didn't realize it was going to be so large!"

So you're cool with having your body like this? A lot of women would be self conscious. This is going in every supermarket in the country.

"I know that does make me a little nervous. But working on the fitness, you know?"

It may be for Samantha Ronson, who shelled out nearly $22,000 for a Cartier diamond ring for presumed girlfriend Lindsay Lohan on Monday.

The two were out in Los Angeles window shopping, when Ronson, 30, bought the ring as a birthday gift for Lohan.

“Sam took Lindsay shopping to celebrate her 22nd birthday,” a source told UK’s The Mirror newspaper. “Although Lindsay is the major breadwinner, Sam has her own money and is very proud.”

But the wedding invitations aren’t going out yet.

“It’s not an engagement ring - simply a token of her commitment,” the source said.

Lohan and her gal pal have been inseparable since the two were caught kissing on Diddy’s yacht in Cannes in May. The actress has yet to clarify the nature of their relationship.

you know who i am talking about. the b*tch who knows shes gorgeous, but not so bright. She gets boob jobs and raves with other ecstasy ridden individuals all in the name of attention. She has a chance to be the most self-righteous person in the world, but shes so insecure about appearing too self-righteous, so she giggles a lot and acts like a stupid wh*re and does more drugs or takes more shots to hide her supposed genius. On top of that shes the loudest, messiest drunk you've ever seen. without her druggie-alcoholic friends, shed pass out in a puddle of sick on the bathroom floor or wind up going home with some sleazy older guy. but her friends always seem to take pity on her the next morning, when she is smiling like nothing happened.
The thing about celebrity-annoying-girl is, whether we like it or not, we all have a little bit of her in us. thats why we love to hate her so much. shes our worst nightmare. i mean, how many times have you wanted to go to fabulous parties where all the celebrities are drinking and drugged out of their minds, but couldn't because you could never see yourself as a superstar/model/actor? and how many times have you wanted to just sit down in a boys lap and start kissing him but didn't for fear he'd laugh in your face because you were not lindsay lohan? in a way, celebrity-annoying-girl is us minus the insecurity. shes so fine with herself you want to slap her. but you also secretly wish you could be that obnoxious without any concern for what other people might think. face it, people will always find reasons to hate us, especially if we're beautiful.
