When you are out with your friends, do you still watch what you eat?

i know that when we make food for ourselves, or order something from a restaurant when we are by ourselves, we stick to our plan of eating light and healthy, however, that may change when we are around a group of our friends. We may fear that they may make fun of us for eating healthy, so we order something not off the "healthy" section of the menu, just to escape judgment. Does this happen to you?

I usually stick to the salmon and a salad. Never anything from the greasy, or "questionable ingredients" menu. I just eat light all the time, because I don't like feeling full.

I typically order what sounds yummiest to me...if I'm at a baseball game, I'll definitely splurge on a hot-dog for example...or popcorn at the movies. But I do try to eat moderately overall.

I tend to splurge especially if I'm with friends. It's nothing to do with them judging me. It's more about different and exciting menu options! I don't eat out too often so I figure it's ok every now and then.
